ULEZ for foreign cars
The same ULEZ rules apply to vehicles from outside the UK as to UK vehicles. It takes about 10 working days to register your vehicle with TfL and show it meets the standard.
Registering a vehicle from abroad
You'll need to give TfL the registration document plus proof of the vehicle's Euro standard. After it's accepted, the cameras see it the same as a compliant UK vehicle. If the standard isn't met, £12.50 is due for each day you drive in. Foreign vehicles face penalties as well.
