ULEZ expansion

Since 29 August 2023, the ULEZ has covered all of London. It began in central London on 8 April 2019, then on 25 October 2021 it grew out to the North and South Circular roads.

Will the ULEZ be extended again?

The zone already stretches to the Greater London boundary, so there's no more of London left to add. Local councils run places outside London, and several of these councils have a clean air zone of their own.
